Right of Withdrawal
As a client, you enjoy the rights established under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). This includes the right of withdrawal, which allows you to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the item without having to justify your decision.
Return Process
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the aforementioned period and return the product. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in the same condition in which it was sent, we will proceed to refund the price paid.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned intact, in their original condition and without signs of use, unless they have arrived faulty. It is essential that you check the product at the time of delivery. If you find that the package is damaged or that the contents do not correspond to your order, you can reject it directly with the carrier.
Devolution costs
- If the return is the result of our error (for example, a defective product or product that does not correspond to the order), we will be responsible for the shipping and collection costs of the product.
- If you decide to return the product for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
