Simpson HANS Clips Quick Release

HANS Helmet Quick Release Clips are used for quick and easy connection of the HANS system to the motorsport helmet.

The standard HANS clips are simply replaced by the Simpson HANS quick release clips on the helmet and, together with the quick release attachment brackets on the HANS system, are FIA approved to the 8858-2010 motorsports standard.

The quick release function makes it easy to attach and of course to disconnect the HANS® system from the helmet, simply by pulling on the bright yellow release straps. This opens the brackets and the HANS® system ties can be easily removed from the helmet. When not in use, the ends of the yellow release straps are simply attached to the helmet with the supplied velcro closure.

Approved for use in helmets with the following approvals:

• FIA 8858-2010
• FIA 8860-2010
• Snell SAH2010 or FIA 8859-2015
• Snell SAH2015

Can only be used with a HANS® system with quick release clamping bracket!

Set consisting of 2 clips: Includes fastening material and yellow laces to loosen the HANS Quick Release attachment on the helmet clips.
