This green tire represents the intermediate compound tires that will be used on the 2022 F1 cars during races. It is one of two wet tire options, featuring the P Zero Blue wet and P Zero Green Intermediate tires.

Wind tunnels are used in F1 to help develop the cars and the different parts, to help understand their limitations and abilities. This type of 1:2 size tire is the one usually used in the wind tunnel, but this one has been mounted so you can visualize it.

This tire also features the special tread seen on full-size tires. Intermediate tires are the most versatile of the wet tires. They can be used in a wet circuit that does not have standing water, as well as on a drying surface.

This Special Edition will come with a glossy black rim and a cap dedicated to the Anniversary. This tire does not have the same engraving that you see on a true "Pirelli Pole Position Award", which commemorates the driver with his name and pole lap time.
