Sending the package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and shipped via GLS with tracking and unsigned delivery.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

The boxes are spacious in size and your items are well protected.


As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (in hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”).

Return period

Claims for products that do not correspond to the order made by the customer or for products that have arrived in poor condition, must also be claimed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. We recommend that you check and open the package at the time of delivery by the carrier. In case of detecting that it is defective or in poor condition, the same carrier can take it back at that time.


The products must be returned in the same condition and intact for their return to be accepted unless it was defective at the time of delivery.

Any refund of an amount will be made within the established legal period and once it has been reviewed that the order is in perfect condition.

Delivery and collection costs

In the event that the reasons for the return are unrelated to, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the return is due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to, the collection will be made at no cost to the customer.
