The Tech-1 Z v2 boot has a new "sock" construction that is designed to offer a more sock-like fit. The lightweight shoe has a more contoured shape and is therefore more proportionate to better adapt to the morphology of the feet, thus improving comfort in the cabin and reducing driver fatigue. There is also an ergonomic platform to ensure that the foot maintains a natural and comfortable posture, while allowing maximum flexibility, support and free movement of the foot.

This latest design of the Tech 1-Z racing boot complies with the latest FIA regulations and offers better protection against heat and flames without compromising weight or comfort. Constructed with a lightweight and flexible kangaroo leather on the upper for a greater sense of durability.

Alpinestars innovative wire closure system with quick lacing closure provides a precise and secure fit around the foot to improve support and structure. Multi-compound heel and toe countertops offer optimal stability, comfort and protection. A fine rubber outsole derived from F1 provides the rider with better sensitivity on the pedals with optimal grip.
